I was contacted by an HR team via WhatsApp. The first step was a group interview where everyone gave a short presentation. After that, I was invited to a second interview, which was only with the company manager. It was a very friendly interview, and I was able to maintain a cohesive and clear dialogue. Following this, I proceeded to the pre-employment medical examination and then submitted my documents. The entire process took about 1.5 months, and both interviews were conducted online.

The selection and interview process was very weak and amateurish. I was contacted by HR for a brief phone interview where they asked about my salary expectations and wanted to schedule an online interview with the managers. In the interview, I was questioned on experience and requirements for a senior role, even though it was a junior position. To make matters worse, at the end of the interview, I asked about the next steps and feedback, and the HR analyst and manager promised to give me a response as soon as possible, but I received NO RESPONSE AT ALL. It was a negative experience.
