The selection process was terrible. I went through two stages: a face-to-face test and an online interview with the area managers. After the second interview, they said they would get in touch regardless of whether I was admitted or not, but they never did. There was no feedback at all. It was a huge disrespect to the participant. The HR team is extremely weak for such a large company.
