The interview really focused on going deep into my past projects and the challenges I faced. The interviewer wanted to understand how I performed and handled different situations, basically showing my problem-solving skills and how adaptable I am. We had a good, long talk about my hands-on experiences, covering both successes and what I learned from them.

The process had several stages. It began with a curriculum evaluation, followed by an open questionnaire with specific questions about the area, a case study with a video response, and finally an interview with the manager. The process was quite good, as it allowed me to demonstrate my knowledge in the field. So I didn't mind it being in multiple stages; my main issue was with the final manager who disrespected me. Fortunately, I didn't pass; it must be very unpleasant to work with her.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • The interview was the worst part. The HR person was very communicative and partly saved the process. The area manager was clearly disinterested. She didn't pay attention to my presentation and wasn't interested in asking questions. It was noticeable that she was in her normal work environment and not in a closed meeting room. On several occasions, she put herself on mute and spoke with people who stood up to talk to her. She also used her cell phone many times. A complete lack of respect. If she had already found the candidate, she could have saved my time.

The process is long because the leadership is based in other states, so interviews usually happen when they visit.
