It was a pretty straightforward process. First, I had a phone chat with a recruiter from Naylor. Then, I went in for an in-person interview that was about an hour and a half long. During that time, I met several members of the team all at once. The interview wrapped up with a one-on-one session with the person who would have been my manager.

I had an initial screening call with the recruiter, which went well and she shared the salary range. After that, I went through 4 onsite interviews. They extended an offer about 10 days after the final interview, but the salary was 2k less than what was initially discussed, with a 2k raise at 6 months. I was surprised by this, as it made me doubt the company's integrity and feel like they were being petty. It felt like a short-sighted way to start a professional relationship, especially over such a small amount. Most of the interviewers were pleasant, but the offer situation was disappointing. I ultimately declined the offer and didn't regret it.

Behavioral Presentation

A friend recommended me to the recruiter. I had a phone interview, then an in-person interview with the recruiter and the office manager. They gave me a tour and introduced me to some IT staff. It seemed to go well, and I felt like they really liked me for the job. We talked a lot about benefits and insurance, and they said I'd hear back by the end of the week. It's been two weeks and I haven't heard anything, not even a rejection email. It was pretty unprofessional.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The process was pretty basic. General questions and scenarios. Then you meet a sales manager and they will ask you further questions about personality, etc. You will fill out some information about yourself for their review. A basic computer test and you will be asked to "sell" something over the phone to the sales manager to test your selling skills.
