Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Naylor Association Solutions.
Marketing
So I first talked to a recruiter at a college career fair, like a quick meet and greet. Then I had a general phone interview with that recruiter, mostly basic questions, took about 15 minutes, super easy. After that, a few days later, I went to the office for the final interview. I met with a marketing specialist and the head of marketing was on the call too. The whole thing took about a week. The last interview was 45 minutes and had more detailed behavioral questions.
- Can you discuss specific experiences from your resume?
- How would you apply the skills from your resume to a marketing role?
Marketing Assistant
I applied online and then had a phone interview and a personality test. After that, I had a face-to-face interview with two people and then a job shadow. I was really excited about the position and was hopeful that I would get it based on them inviting me for a job shadow, but unfortunately I was not picked.
- Where do you see yourself in the future?
- What are your biggest strengths?
- What are your biggest weaknesses?
Marketing
I applied through my school's CRC and then got a notification about a phone interview with a recruiter in another location. After that, I had an in-person interview with two interviewers. They asked basic CAR questions, which weren't too difficult.
- Can you describe a situation where you enhanced a process?
