First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Naylor Association Solutions.
Sales Representative
So, I had three interviews in total. It was mostly about talking through my past experiences and behavioral stuff. The people I talked to were super nice, which made it pretty chill. Started with a phone call, then I went in for two more interviews, one with some other sales folks and then with the manager. It felt good, like they actually cared about how I was doing in the process.
- Can you share any previous sales experience you have, or a situation where you had to improvise?
- Tell me about a time you had to think quickly on your feet, perhaps in a sales-related scenario.
Advertising Sales Representative
It was a really smooth and fast process. They got in touch with me the day after I applied. It wasn't super hard, but it was definitely challenging. They asked important questions and you should also ask questions to make sure it is a good fit for you. They asked a lot to understand if you'd be compatible with the job.
- Can you walk me through your previous work experiences?
- Could you share an example of a product or service you successfully sold?
- How do you assess compatibility with a role?
Inside Sales Representative
It started with a phone interview, then an in-person interview that included a building walk-through and an online personality test. After that, I had a second interview with the Sales Manager one-on-one. They offered me the job over the phone.
- What was the most challenging aspect of selling Naylor products?
