The interview was a total disaster. The HR rep seemed inexperienced and just asked generic questions. The interviewer lacked any real-world experience in the field and seemed more focused on completing paperwork. They were arrogant, and the interview concluded without any relevant field-specific questions being asked. It felt like a complete waste of my time.

Social Media Specialist
The interview was online via Zoom and scheduling was easy. The HR person asked for a quick intro and then some general questions about my work history and learning. It was a bit of a bummer that I didn't get any feedback or an update on my application status.

This interview process was a complete mess. I've been interviewing with this company for three months. During this time, I went through three interviews: two with HR and one with a line manager. I was told there would be a test and a fourth interview with the CEO before any offer would be made. The HR people were nice, but they were late for interviews, one had to reschedule multiple times, and another took over a month to respond after the initial screening. The manager interview was disorganized; the questions were irrelevant, the manager was disengaged, and it felt like they didn't want to be bothered. The interview was short, and the questions didn't let me show I was a good fit for the role. I was confused afterward about whether the manager even knew what job he was interviewing for. The manager also rescheduled more than once, which was inconvenient. In one instance, HR accidentally included another candidate's full name in an email to me, which is unprofessional and a privacy issue. I got an automated rejection over a month after the last interview, with no feedback or offer for feedback, which is unacceptable after a three-month, three-interview process. The company kept the job ad open and even reposted it, so I think their slow pace and disorganization come from having a constant stream of applicants instead of focusing on a select group. I even questioned if I'd want to work for a company with such poor insight and common sense in their hiring process, and my family wondered if it was a scam. Anyway, they made the choice for me, and I think it's for the best. This company's hiring process is a car crash at a snail's pace, and I'd look elsewhere unless you have a lot of time to kill.
