Analyst
The process was smooth and the environment felt welcoming. Meeting the team in person was a good experience, and it was nice to hear from other team members. Make sure you're ready for common interview questions and do some research about the company so you can present yourself well.
- Can you tell me a little about yourself?
- Describe a time you had to handle a conflict.
Project Manager
A colloquio is basically when a candidate and an interviewer get together to chat about whether the candidate is qualified, has the right experience, and would be a good fit for a job or opportunity. The interview process usually unfolds in a few steps, but these can differ depending on the company, the industry, and the specific job you're going for.
- Tell me about a time you had to resolve a conflict within a team. How did you handle it?
- Can you share an experience of working on a project under pressure with tight deadlines?
Auditor
I applied through the university job board and got an initial on-campus interview notice, but I had to cancel it. A senior manager reached out afterwards to schedule an in-office interview for a different date. When I got to the office, the interview felt disorganized and lacked a clear structure or schedule, which gave me a sense of chaos and poor planning. The interview itself was pretty straightforward though, mostly behavioral questions. It felt like a casual conversation and would be easy if you had your stories prepared.

Staff Accountant
I had a brief 10-15 minute phone screening which went super well. I felt like I was way more than qualified. The recruiter said she'd send me to the hiring staff for another phone interview, but then I got rejected. I'm guessing it was because they couldn't meet my salary requirements, which I thought were already pretty low for a Staff Accountant in this area. Better to find out now than after more interviews though.

- Have you done any data analysis before?
