Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Myers and Stauffer.
Staff Accountant
I had a brief 10-15 minute phone screening which went super well. I felt like I was way more than qualified. The recruiter said she'd send me to the hiring staff for another phone interview, but then I got rejected. I'm guessing it was because they couldn't meet my salary requirements, which I thought were already pretty low for a Staff Accountant in this area. Better to find out now than after more interviews though.

- Have you done any data analysis before?

I had an interview that lasted for 2 hours. The interviewer was friendly and discussed the company and the merger. The interview took place in the Sr. Partner's office, which was very quiet. They asked standard questions, and the overall atmosphere was very relaxed.
- What motivates you to want to work here?
- Can you tell me about your experience in the healthcare industry?

I had a great experience with everyone involved in the interview process. It was very professional. I'm looking forward to getting to know everyone better, sharpening my skills, and thriving.
