First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Myers and Stauffer.
Audit Intern
It was a very conversational interview, with nice people, both managers at the firm. I interviewed with a couple other people and it was an overall good experience. However, I did not receive any feedback at all.
- Can you share an instance where you had to handle pressure?
Audit Associate
I spoke with the Managing Partner and a Manager from the Audit team. We went over my resume and my career aspirations. They explained the types of audits they conduct and where they thought I would fit in. It was a pretty relaxed interview, and I enjoyed meeting everyone.
- Do you know what our company does?
Auditor
I applied through the university job board and got an initial on-campus interview notice, but I had to cancel it. A senior manager reached out afterwards to schedule an in-office interview for a different date. When I got to the office, the interview felt disorganized and lacked a clear structure or schedule, which gave me a sense of chaos and poor planning. The interview itself was pretty straightforward though, mostly behavioral questions. It felt like a casual conversation and would be easy if you had your stories prepared.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
