The company takes its time to make sure candidates have a college degree and some programming background. After the recruiter verifies this, a second, more thorough interview is set up. Multivision gives you enough time to brush up on your programming skills if needed. If the process goes well, you'll be offered a choice between a .NET developer or Java developer role. I chose .NET because I was more comfortable with it. Once you pick a path, you'll focus only on that language and its associated tech during your training, which typically lasts 8-10 weeks.

I applied and heard back from a recruiter. The whole thing took about two weeks. The recruiter sent me some stuff to help me prepare for interviews, like links and PDFs. They kept in touch via phone and email to see if I was ready. After sending the prep materials, an interview was scheduled. My first interview was over the phone. I had three interviews in total on different days. They tend to ask the same questions but in different ways. The trick is to give consistent answers. It took about 10 days after the interviews to get an offer. They asked me basic questions about the job and the company and its products. Also, some situational questions on how I would handle things. The number of interviews makes it feel like they really want to be sure about their hiring decision. It's a really relaxed place to work. The company thinks that if you take good care of the employees, they'll take good care of the company! Great perks and a great place to work.

The hiring and interview process is normal, and is completed through communicating with a recruiter. However, if you are desperate enough sign their ridiculous contract, they will then train you, and at the end of the training if you the "Trainee" do not cooperate with the terms of the contract, which I suggest that you read very carefully, then you will owe the company an abnormally large sum of money because they will sue you for a breach of the contract! Overall, this company is not a good choice to go into a career with because they are shady so PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

My interview experience was different. It was a fast process. I went to an info session, which was odd, but then immediately had a 1-on-1. They checked if we knew what was expected and got to know us. They asked some basic and technical questions. It wasn't hard, they just wanted to see our current knowledge and potential. They noticed a weak spot and offered to help me improve it. Then they offered me the job, and I took it.
