After applying online, I had a quick phone call to see if I was interested and had the right experience. Then came the first interview focusing on skills and experience, followed by a second interview for cultural fit. They asked for references, and then extended an offer.

Technical Case Group Presentation

After completing an online assessment, which was a game-based exercise, I was invited to the offices for an assessment day. The main parts of the day were an individual interview with two staff members, a case study where I had to review an ongoing project and answer questions about changes or problem-solving for client requests, and a group activity. For the group activity, we had to review four project summary sheets (proposals), discuss which project best fit Multiplex's capabilities and would be more favorable, and then rank them based on our discussion and SWOT analysis.

i got referral from a current employee, and had a phone interview right after. it took two weeks to get the first round interview with a director, which was a really good experience and we talked a lot about the project. hr called the day after to followup and told me it will take two weeks for the second round. however, i waited up to two months. i interviewed with the hr head and an executive director. both were nice, but very serious. two weeks after the final round, i got a call from hr saying they took another candidate instead of me, maybe a better fit than me.
