The Interview process, while long was incredibly professional. First, you'll submit an online application. Second, there's psychometric testing. Third, you'll do online video questions. Fourth, it's an assessment day which includes a group presentation, a standard interview, and problem-solving scenarios.

I got to the video interview part, which had 4 questions. I had 30 seconds to get ready for each and then 90-120 seconds to answer. It felt a bit tougher than in-person, and I really felt the pressure, though it might be easier for some.

It was an in-person interview that was actually a group assessment centre. We started with a group task where we had to create a town layout. Then, we moved on to individual assessments, including a 1-on-1 interview and a situation test involving a construction issue, like keeping a hospital operational during construction. The day finished with a numerical and pattern following test. If you passed that, the next step was a psychometric test with some easy math and psychological questions.
