Case Technical

The process took a few hours and included abstract and case study problem solving. There was also some downtime where I could chat with other graduate hires. The interview wasn't at their main office; it looked like they rented a space for it.

First, we did the graduate application where I had to submit a cover letter and resume. Then, there was a video interview where I was asked questions, and I had to record myself answering them. I couldn't re-record, it was just one take, which was tough because there were time limits. After that, we had an assessment centre.

Technical Behavioral Presentation

I applied through the Prospects website and was given some online tests from SHL, including a personality quiz, a deductive reasoning test called "Verify", and the Graduate Talent Screener. After that, I had to do a video interview using Sonru. They gave me 9 questions to prepare, but only asked 5 of them, plus one unexpected question. The video interview system lets you practice first. It shows you a question, gives you a minute to think, and then records your answer for two minutes. Unfortunately, I didn't get through and they didn't give any feedback.
