First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at MTX Group.
Salesforce Developer
The interview process usually involves two rounds. First, there's a technical round that includes some practical coding. After that, there's a regular HR round. Neither round is particularly difficult. You should be familiar with fundamental programming concepts like Java and OOP, along with basic Salesforce knowledge, although deep expertise isn't required.
- Can you answer basic Java questions, like about loops and variables?
- Are you familiar with OOP concepts?
- Do you have basic knowledge of Salesforce?
Technical Support Associate
The interview process at MTX Group had three technical rounds. First, there was an Online Assessment testing basic programming, logic, and core software development concepts like OOP, databases, and problem-solving. Then, the first Technical Interview asked about my resume, projects, and skills in SQL, JavaScript, data structures, and API integration, plus how I approach problems and my coding logic. The second Technical Interview focused on practical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform (if applicable), scenario-based problems, cloud concepts (Azure), basic system design, and integration use-cases. I did well in these and am waiting for the HR/Managerial round which usually includes behavioral questions, cultural fit, communication, availability, and salary.
- Can you explain how to integrate Microsoft Power Platform with an existing system for automating a manual business process?
Professional Development Manager
The interview process had over 5 rounds with no set limit. Shortlisting was done via a job referral portal, followed by phone and video call interviews. However, the process hit a snag when HR started requesting documents like education records from grades 1-10, a profile photo from the job portal, and a current photo comparison with older government documents. They also asked for all past promotion details from the current company. These requirements weren't communicated upfront but were suddenly requested without prior email notification.
- What is your understanding of this role?
Consultant Trainee
The interview process was conducted on-site at the MTX office in Jaipur. Typically, there are three interview rounds. The first two are technical, followed by an HR round. However, I had an additional technical round. The questions covered programming fundamentals, OOPS concepts, SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and I also had two programming questions. My first round also included a discussion about my projects.
- Could you tell me about the projects you've developed and the technologies involved?
- Can you explain the fundamental concepts of Object-Oriented Programming?
- What exactly is polymorphism?
