Functional Consultant
First they conduct an exam, then a technical round, a presentation round, and finally an HR Round. They give the offer to qualified students. Coming to the company, it has a good environment with friendly employees. That's all, everything is good.
- Why should we hire you?
Junior Consultant
The job was for a Business Analyst role. I didn't have much experience in BA, but the first round was technical and went well. The last round was behavioral.
- Can you tell me about a past project you worked on?
Consultant Trainee
The interview process was conducted on-site at the MTX office in Jaipur. Typically, there are three interview rounds. The first two are technical, followed by an HR round. However, I had an additional technical round. The questions covered programming fundamentals, OOPS concepts, SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and I also had two programming questions. My first round also included a discussion about my projects.
- Could you tell me about the projects you've developed and the technologies involved?
- Can you explain the fundamental concepts of Object-Oriented Programming?
- What exactly is polymorphism?
