Warranty Assessor
Got contacted on LinkedIn for this role. We scheduled a call a few days later, and then I had a call where they asked about my past experience and if I was still in university. After some time, they called me again and asked the same questions. I answered them, but then heard nothing for 2 months. I reached out, and they said the position was closed. They were unprofessional.

Retail Specialist
The interview process was pretty quick and efficient, taking only a few weeks from start to finish before I got the job offer. It involved three main parts: first, a chat with a recruiter, then an interview with the manager I would be reporting to, and finally, a meeting with the client who needed a specialist from MSX. It was a really nice gesture that my manager traveled from Belgium to Amsterdam to be there for my third interview.
- Can you discuss your background and what drives you?
Training and Coaching Lead
I applied for this position and after a few weeks the first recruiter contacted me, we scheduled a call and we both saw that I was very much in line with the position, both in terms of skills and budget. I then received an assessment to do online (English and basic Excel functions), then I moved on to another recruiter who arranged a meeting with the head of the department. Half an hour before the call, I received a call: the manager couldn't connect, so there was a need to reschedule (I accepted, but with difficulty in requesting further permissions/leave from work). On the day of the call, the recruiter remained silent the whole time, not a word, while the manager asked some totally disinterested questions, anyway they told me that within two weeks I would have feedback. Three weeks passed and zero news, so I asked without a response. Another week passed and I asked again, TOTAL ghosting. I imagine my profile, from super relevant, then became uninteresting: I don't understand but it happens, it's okay. What I don't understand is the habit of not giving any feedback and totally ghosting: we are all professionals who at least deserve to receive an automatic email at the end of the selection. Honestly, it did not give me the impression of being a serious company, if this is the seriousness during the selection phase, imagine the rest.
- The questions asked were very standard and easy.
Learning Solutions Manager
I had an initial interview with the VP, which was great, but the hiring manager was supposed to be there and didn't show up. They rescheduled for two weeks later. The hiring manager was 10 minutes late to that one and ended it 30 minutes early because of another conflict, but said they wanted to talk again. Two weeks after that, we had another 30-minute chat where she talked about her own struggles in the role and what she hoped the new person could fix. After two more weeks with no word, I contacted the TA person who said they'd check with the hiring manager, but I heard nothing back. I followed up again two weeks later with the TA person, who again said they'd check, and still no response. It seems like middle management is ineffective and people get promoted even if they fail.
- How would you describe your management style?
