I was contacted by phone on the same day the application was submitted to schedule the group interview, which lasted 2 hours and 30 minutes. By the end of the day before the interview, I had to complete an online English test and solve some exercises in an Excel file and send it back (some cells were intentionally locked, but they were simple exercises). The interview was divided as follows: company introduction (20min), individual interview (10min) in front of the others, and a business game with the others.

Technical Case Presentation Other

The day before the interview, they sent me a very easy Excel test. On the day of the interview, there were some issues because HR sent the wrong Team links. After almost an hour, only two of us managed to connect instead of seven. We had to introduce ourselves, do a multiple-choice English test (about 60 questions in 20 minutes), a part of the interview in English, and a case study on the feasibility of a ski resort. The company presentation was bad, they were looking for Master's graduates to then work in a call center. They call it marketing, but after asking several questions, we understood that it actually consists of convincing car owners to go to dealerships of that brand. In total, the interview took an hour and a half.

Behavioral

It was a 3-stage in-person interview process. Two stages were at the company itself, and the final stage was with the client. The interviews were relaxed, mostly asking about previous experiences, professional skills, and expectations. The whole thing took 3 months, which was quite long, but that was due to client bureaucracy, as I would have been working for them.
