Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at MSX International.
Analyst
2 phases, question about previous experiences and the reason for the change. Very relaxed. First with the supervisor of the third parties and then with the area. But yes, good opportunity for those who want to develop.
- Tell me a little about your professional experience
Analyst
Overall it was a good experience. They asked some basic logical, real-time, and situational questions. They wanted to know about my educational background, if I had experience with BI tools and SQL, and how I handle tasks and teamwork.
- What specific research areas have you studied?
- Could you describe your experience working within a team?
- Can you provide an example of how you managed a particular task?
Technical Analyst
The interview started late because some people didn't show up. The group assessment had 3 parts: first, I did an elevator pitch to two assessors and two interviewers, and they asked about my life and jobs. Second, there was a normal business case. Third, I talked with the other two people in the group assessment, like we were friends.
- What are your thoughts on the salary?
