The process is practical and entirely online. The problem is they hire you, do the medical exam, and then say they're not moving forward with the process, it almost seemed like a scam. I was contacted through a job board and gave my contact information to the recruiter.

Behavioral

The interview process had two phases: first, an online portfolio submission, and then two video interviews. I spoke with the head of UX and a digital PM. Since it was a freelance role, my recruiter handled the day rate negotiations and other terms.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process felt rushed and unclear. There was no transparency about the specific role they were hiring for or the salary range, which is unusual for agencies that typically disclose this information upfront to save everyone time. It seemed like they were using the Publicis name to offer low pay and hoping to attract candidates who valued the brand name on their resume. The HR team was fair and considerate. However, some mid-senior level people on the Digital Marketing team need to improve their interview environment; mine was conducted in a very noisy area of the office, which was distracting and felt a bit demeaning. Candidates put a lot of effort into preparing for interviews, and it's not unreasonable to expect interviewers to provide a professional setting.
