Account Manager
had a good experience with the initial screening and the first stage where i spoke with two account directors and the hiring manager for about 45 minutes over video. it was a good experience overall and we had a lot of questions that we asked and answered.
- What makes you want to work in this position?
Account Supervisor
A recruiter hit me up on LinkedIn cuz of my PR background. Initially, I think she had one role in mind, but it shifted during our quick screening chat. Then, I chatted with two managers for 30 mins each. They then pointed me to a different role they thought I'd be a better fit for. I spoke with another manager, then radio silence for 1.5 weeks, so I followed up with the recruiter. A week later, I got a reply saying the team didn't think I was the right fit. Honestly, I wasn't shocked – I'm more of a 'work to live' type and definitely got a 'live to work' vibe from them, even though everyone I spoke with was nice.
- How do you get into the zone for content creation?
Account Supervisor
It was a 3 step process. First a phone interview with HR. Then in-person meetings with my superiors and peers. Lastly, I met with junior staff. The process was fast and smooth. I was misled about the client relationship's health. I was told the agency was in good standing, but the client was leaving and fired the agency during my first week.
- Can you share some of your proudest work examples?
- What are some of your past successes?
