It was a pretty straightforward process, mostly STAR format questions. They were really interested in candidates who could juggle their time well, stay calm under pressure, and were flexible enough to step into different roles as needed. Good communication skills, whether talking to the team on the floor or executives, were also a big plus.

It was a good experience. The interviewer was nice and asked questions that were related to the job. The whole process was quick and simple. It felt like a normal chat, not too formal. They were very helpful. The interview went smoothly and felt relaxed. Everything was handled professionally and was well-organized.

The interview process seemed standard, but I felt there were biases. I applied for a role, and they said I was liked and would be kept in mind for future marketing openings. Another role came up through a recruiter, and the feedback was that I was 'too creative' and they wouldn't proceed. It felt suspicious, so I'll avoid this employer.

The company wanted to bring their web projects inhouse from a third party agency and mentioned issues they wanted to own. The interview process was long for a non-management role, with 3 one-hour stages: Talent, then a line manager, and finally the third party agency. For roles under 100k, more than two interview rounds shouldn't be necessary. After all rounds, I was told an offer would be extended. After a week's delay, they contacted me stating they'd spoken to the agency and would hire one of their employees instead, which they believed wouldn't fix project issues stemming from the agency. They still wanted to hire me but offered 10k less than the original amount because the agency employee's pay was lower, deeming it unfair to pay me more, even though the agency employee was underpaid. This whole experience was a waste of time and disrespectful.
