It's a group and dynamic interview, not very personal. They evaluate you based on a given fictional situation and what you would do in it. It seems very imaginative, they look for you to speak up and lead the group. From what I saw, they hire serious people. They ask you random questions about the situation to see if you're paying attention, don't be shy to speak.

The interview was quick, it didn't take long. They ask for your document and address and a physical exam. The interview was in a group setting. There were about 30 guys there, roughly between 18 and 24 years old. Also, the schedules are flexible, there's part-time and full-time, I chose full-time.

We had a group interview with over 50 people at the location, and they split us into groups for an exercise. Everyone got a different task. My group had to figure out how to handle a customer issue where we made a mistake. In the end, we shared our solution and were told they'd contact us in a few days for an individual interview if we passed.

It was easy and simple. We were put into groups, and basic questions were asked. The atmosphere was warm. They asked basic questions like if you are studying or not, your availability, where you live, and so on. Happy with this experience.
