Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Mostaza.
Cashier
It's a group and dynamic interview, not very personal. They evaluate you based on a given fictional situation and what you would do in it. It seems very imaginative, they look for you to speak up and lead the group. From what I saw, they hire serious people. They ask you random questions about the situation to see if you're paying attention, don't be shy to speak.
- What position do you hold?
- What would you do in this scenario?
- What are the positions of your colleagues?
Cashier
It was a typical interview, and the people were very friendly. They clearly answered all my questions. The process was quick and easy. I declined the offer because I received a better one. The location was easy to get to and the interview was on time.
- Could you share your previous work experience?
- What level of education have you achieved?
- Do you intend to pursue further studies?
Cook
The interview process has 2 stages. The first stage is with your future manager, and the second stage is also with your manager and the person in charge of the local's performance. Both interviews are for them to get to know you. No technical questions were asked at any point.
- Tell me one bad thing and one good thing about yourself.
- How do you handle working under pressure?
