Customer Service Representative
The interview process was quite complete, I have no complaints. The person in charge was very friendly, and then in the video call, the guy was super cool. There were three interviews. Honestly, signing the contract was a bit of a mess because I had to sign with other people and go to their location. It would be good if signing contracts was individual.
- Where do you live?
- What are your available hours?
- What transportation do you have?
Customer Service Representative
you should arrive early and wait in the food court, from there they will call you for an interview. In the interview, they usually ask about your schedule availability, hobbies, to tell us about yourself, how long it takes you to get here. If they like your profile, they will send you with a supervisor.
- How old are you?
- What hobbies do you have?
- Tell me about yourself.
Customer Service Representative
I had an interview for two locations in Puerto Madero, then they contacted me on a Thursday night to sign a contract on a Friday morning. I mentioned I couldn't because it was a long weekend (that Friday was a holiday), and they didn't respond until the next Thursday, contacting me at 11 PM to sign the contract the following day at 2 PM. The next day, on my way to sign, they sent me a message canceling the signing without any explanation. A disaster.
- Why would you like to work here?
