The interview was really unprofessional. The interviewer asked personal questions about my age, whether I have children, and my ethnicity. It felt like she was looking for a friend rather than a colleague. These questions were inappropriate and raised serious concerns. I didn't get the job, but I consider it a good thing because I wouldn't want to work for someone like that. MONTEFIORE DO BETTER!!

So they described the process for the security officer role, it involved some medical scenario questions, like if you were at Montefiore and something happened in an emergency, how would you handle it using your CPR knowledge. Then there was a part about policies and requirements at Montefiore and filling out orientation, which they said was the most effective part of the day. Lastly, I think it ended with a background check and an offer.

I was contacted by the Recruiter for an initial phone screen, after which I was invited for an in-person interview. The interview lasted over an hour and involved one-on-one meetings with each team member, which felt repetitive as I had to answer the same questions multiple times. The first meeting was with the Recruiter, the second with the HR Manager, and the third with the HR Director. Unfortunately, I never heard back from them after the interviews. It would be appreciated if candidates could receive feedback, a simple yes or no, after any interview.

It began with a director call where they asked the usual questions about my background, my experience, specific projects I've done, and how I handle roadblocks. Then, I had to do a case study and send it in. After that, I interviewed with my potential manager, discussing my experience and my case study answers. Next, I spoke with a project team member about my experience in different situations and how I'd approach process improvements. Finally, I interviewed with another director to talk more about my project experience. All interviews were via Microsoft Teams video, except for the first call.
