MSSQL Developer
The interview had 5 rounds. First was an aptitude round for 15 minutes with 20-30 questions, which was moderately difficult to tough. Then there was an online test, also moderately difficult to tough. After that, an HR round, which was easy for me. Finally, there were 2 tech rounds that were moderately difficult to tough.

Software Engineer
I went through seven interview rounds for a software developer role and passed them all. The process was lengthy, but I stayed engaged and cooperative. On the last day, I got verbal confirmation that an offer letter was being prepared. However, right when I expected the formal offer, communication ceased. My calls and messages were ignored, and I was eventually told I was 'not qualified' without a clear reason, even though I had passed all the stages. This was highly unprofessional and emotionally taxing. Spending weeks on this only to be ghosted at the very end shows poor candidate management and disrespect for applicants' time. I hope they improve their hiring process's transparency and communication.

Product Manager
The interview process for the Product Manager role was quite disappointing. After a long wait on hold, I was contacted for another interview. The whole experience felt disorganized and unprofessional. The interviewer asked the same questions multiple times, as if they forgot our previous discussion. They also seemed disengaged and unclear about fundamental product concepts, especially concerning Search and its impact on success metrics. It felt like the interview was merely a formality, and the interviewer lacked the necessary expertise for the role. It was also apparent that the interviewer wasn't interested in discussing my previous experience or what I could bring to the table. Overall, it was a frustrating and poorly managed experience. My advice to the hiring team is to improve your process and ensure the panel is genuinely interested in hiring, not in discouraging candidates.

Senior Software Development Engineer In Test
I got the offer from monotype but the HR doesn't have any work ethics he asked me to leave my current organization in 15days and he said tell your manager that you have some serious issues at your place that's the reason you can't continue and also during the entire process HR had created a lot of pressure like he gave me the offer at 5pm and said you should accept it today itself and by tomorrow morning by 10 you should resign from your current organization also they don't have any terms and conditions document when they share their offer . It is pathetic company !!
