The process was organized and straightforward, with a presentation at the end. Everyone I met seemed friendly and had positive things to say about the company. There were about five rounds in total. Make sure to have your past experience well-prepared.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

Got major red flags. Felt like they have some new initiatives, maybe new managers, or investors. It was a phone screen, some calls with managers and skip level, and then a role play. Most people were stone-faced, cold, and showed no emotion. The skip level person was on a power trip and wanted to play the game of "gotcha" while also being very new himself. The role play was strange as you are given a blurb about a company and told to pitch the solution to them. They mentioned they typically promote from within, and this role play is clearly a task that is most appropriate for an internal employee to excel at as they would better understand verbiage, value prop, and specific offerings and cost to highlight. It all felt very strange as the job is constantly being reposted online.

Behavioral Technical Case

The interview process started off great with 4 rounds including salary talk, all wrapped up in 2 days. The company seemed really keen to hire me. However, the final stage, a meeting with the global sales head, scheduled a week out, turned out to be super stressful. On the interview day, I was all set early morning, but then got word he was stuck in another meeting, which felt weird since it was planned a week prior. After that, they went radio silent for another week. I had to chase them up multiple times, only to get an email from HR saying they decided against hiring me. This was bizarre because the sales manager had previously said he liked my profile and was eager to hire me, but then claimed he needed someone more experienced, even though the JD clearly stated the experience required, and I had more than that. It was really disappointing and frustrating, especially since they initially made me feel like a good fit and that I was going to be hired, only to reject me without a solid reason. I even traveled 2 hours in 45°C heat for a face-to-face interview on short notice, ditching other plans and coming from a night shift without sleep. They made me feel like I'd get the job and then just ghosted me, even after the interviewers liked me. Makes me wonder about the work culture and how they treat employees once hired. They claim it's a U-certified great place to work, but honestly, it feels fake and not genuine.
