I got the offer from monotype but the HR doesn't have any work ethics he asked me to leave my current organization in 15days and he said tell your manager that you have some serious issues at your place that's the reason you can't continue and also during the entire process HR had created a lot of pressure like he gave me the offer at 5pm and said you should accept it today itself and by tomorrow morning by 10 you should resign from your current organization also they don't have any terms and conditions document when they share their offer . It is pathetic company !!

I had a face-to-face interview starting with an HR round where they asked about my professional history, current job, and surprisingly, details about my family. Next, there was a technical round where I did well, answering questions about a simple Java recursion program and Selenium locators. After that, the Automation Testing Manager interviewed me. This round focused on my company's build and release process and my role there, along with two simple aptitude questions. I waited for about 20-25 minutes after solving the aptitude question. The final round was with a Senior Manager. This also covered the build-release process and my role, as well as our automation framework, specifically methods for automating POST requests for Rest APIs and asserting results. They also asked why I was interested in joining. During this round, the interviewer was called away for a meeting, and I was asked to wait. I ended up waiting for an hour. When I contacted HR, they informed me that all interactions from the Noida office were concluded and thanked me for my patience, stating feedbacks were positive and results would be updated. The next day, I emailed HR to follow up. They replied they were interviewing other candidates and would update me the following week. After 9 days of no response, I inquired again, and HR stated there were no openings for the role and they would inform me if any became available.
