Behavioral

The interview was fine, I had a friendly lady and we had a great chat. It was phone only. Nothing to complain about. The questions were not too difficult and basic questions. I had a good experience with the recruiter. But with the company, no. No matter how many times I apply they refuse to take me, while the same job is open constantly. I think the jobs are just ghost jobs.

Behavioral Technical

The interview itself is good, and the interviewers are friendly. However, I think they fall short because many employees are hired who don't know the basics of a computer. The company as a whole has high turnover because it's a frantic job with a high speed of knowledge updates, especially depending on the project you're involved in.

I got contacted a week after sending my CV. There were many candidates for just one position. They sent a rejection 3 days later, I asked for feedback but they didn't reply. The interview was pretty fast without much human interaction, it's demotivating they contact +20 people for just one position. There's no schedule flexibility and they pay around 7 usd per hour.

Behavioral Other

I applied for the role and heard back from a Recruiter the next business day. This Recruiter was great and explained the job really well in a 45-minute call. I understood what was expected of me and the company culture before we got into questions. They also answered everything I asked and kept me interested even with the low company rating on Glassdoor. The company aims for a 2 or 3 step interview process, which I appreciated. My second interview was the final one. It was another 45-minute phone interview with two Account Managers. This interview didn't feel promising because all the questions were negative and focused on bad client situations. To make matters worse, one interviewer was late. We discussed client satisfaction and typical behavioral questions. The interviewers used a 'ping-pong' style, repeating questions, showing a lack of preparation. As mentioned, the behavioral questions were unusually focused on negative client scenarios. They also mentioned the need for availability on weekdays, weeknights, weekends, and some holidays, which raised some red flags. If you're applying for an AM role here, pay attention to how you interact and keep Project Managers motivated, as they have issues with employee turnover, which someone let slip. They only left me 5 minutes for my questions (even less because we started late), so I couldn't figure out if I'd be a good fit for the team. The interview process started strong but unfortunately ended on a negative note.

  • Describe a situation where you dealt with an unhappy client.
  • Would you be available to work weekdays, weekends, nights, and holidays if an emergency situation arises?
