The interview was fine, I had a friendly lady and we had a great chat. It was phone only. Nothing to complain about. The questions were not too difficult and basic questions. I had a good experience with the recruiter. But with the company, no. No matter how many times I apply they refuse to take me, while the same job is open constantly. I think the jobs are just ghost jobs.

The interview process has about two to three steps. It's not really tough or nerve-wracking, and my experience was that the interviewers were very nice and respectful. They'll mainly look at your work history and go over the skills needed for the job, then ask for specific examples of times you used those skills.

I had 4 interviews with the recruiters overall. One got cancelled by email just as I was waiting on the call. Another time, the recruiter was nearly 15 minutes late. On a different occasion, the recruiter was late, and then they wrongly accused me of not showing up. In the last interview, there were two interviewers, one of whom was a trainee, and one of them showed a lack of respect with assumptions and strange remarks when discussing the job and my experience.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • The recruiter had poor connection and no camera, making it a disturbed call. They asked basic questions like your job title, experience, how comfortable you are with a laptop, and your years of experience. At times, I felt like I was just talking to myself.
