I got an email about a job and was invited for an interview the same day I agreed to the job. I first chatted with the recruiters. She was nice and gave me some tips for the next interview with the Project Manager. A few hours later, I had my interview with the Project Manager. I got the offer in less than a day. Both interviews were good. The questions weren't tough, just typical interview questions and some behavioral ones. Make sure to talk about your past experience that fits the job and be friendly.

The interview process started a bit rocky. I first spoke with a Project Manager who explained the company and the interview steps well. However, the Assistant Project Manager never got back to me. After I inquired about the interview invite, it turned out their email never reached me, and my direct email to them apparently landed in their spam folder. It seems like an honest mistake, but since I liked the moderator role idea, I let it slide. The first interview covered my personal and professional background and why I wanted to join the team. I was supposed to have a second interview with the APM, but it never happened, even though I was ready 20 minutes early. After I emailed them about availability, I got a response saying candidates shouldn't reach out to check on interview status, which sounded like a way to cover up disorganization, especially for an $8/hour role. I was later informed I was no longer a candidate. Honestly, I might have dodged a bullet, as the pay should be higher given how the process went. I ended up accepting a similar offer elsewhere, though I would have preferred working with Metaverse's clients. If there's a non-standard 'test' involved, it should be communicated upfront. Otherwise, when you combine that with the APM failing to email, not checking spam, and missing an interview, it looks more like poor organization than a test.

The process was pretty average. First, you have to pass a written test and a computer test to proceed. From applying to getting hired, it took me more than three weeks. They are really slow to do things. After the written and computer tests, it might take them a week to reply. This company's main issue is that they move too slowly and are very disorganized.
