The whole experience was super smooth. It kicked off with a chat with HR where they asked about my background and why I wanted to apply. She then went over the role and asked what aspects of the job description caught my eye the most. Next up was a virtual interview with two managers. They had me introduce myself, asked about what I know about the role, and what I hoped to gain from the internship. After I shared my experience, they dug a little deeper into my past work. I interviewed on a Friday and got the offer the following Tuesday morning. Both the HR person and the hiring managers were really nice, quick to respond, and professional throughout.

It was a quick process and in my opinion not really difficult. Very positive experience and good experience in the procurement team. Started with an HR call about motivation, soft skills and knowledge of Moët Hennessy, followed by a Manager call about hard skills, procurement questions, etc.

So, I didn't even apply for this role, they reached out to me through their portal. First, I had a Zoom call with HR. It was mostly general questions about my experience and why I'd want the position. The HR person was super nice and polite. About a week later, I got an email saying I'd passed to the next stage, which was a 60-minute interview with two managers. This part was AWFUL because the two managers were mocking and humiliating me. Honestly, it was the worst interview experience I've ever had.

Behavioral Technical Case

The start of the interview process was good, they were quick to set up meetings and gave good notice. My first interview over Teams went well, and the second was an Excel test, which also went well. The third interview was in person. When I arrived, a rude receptionist made me feel uncomfortable and said the interviewer didn't exist. After they checked the system, they found the interviewer. The interview itself was alright. They said I'd hear back, but I never did. I think it's best practice to let people know, even if they don't get the job.
