HR video call for an initial introductory interview. They asked me to talk about my experiences, took notes, and didn't ask me any questions. They ended the call by saying they would contact me 3 days later whether it was a positive or negative outcome. I NEVER RECEIVED ANY CALL/EMAIL. I think it's extremely rude and disrespectful. Especially if you already know you won't call, don't say it because you wait unnecessarily and might even decline other interviews or not do many thinking this one is still pending.

I interviewed at their Shanghai offices with my future direct manager and one HR rep. It was a very nice interview, the questions were easy and the atmosphere was friendly. I got my answer about 1.5 months later because of some internal problems.
