First, you talk to the recruiter. If they like you, you'll do an informational chat with the hiring manager. Then, there's the main interview, which is a STAR format with a panel of managers.

HR called me about the position and scheduled a phone interview. After passing that, I had a video call with my intern manager. I got an offer later that week. The whole thing took less than two weeks.

Technical Behavioral

I only had the first round of the interview process. It was a mix of technical and behavioral questions. I wasn't ready for the technical part, and I didn't really have a standard behavioral interview. No rejection or follow-up.

Behavioral

The interview process felt pretty standard, but the company seemed really distrustful. They asked for way more references than usual and even wanted to verify my degree before making an offer. That felt really weird for this kind of job and not how you'd expect a future employer to act. They never actually told me what their concerns were. So, between the HR's attitude and the reason the job was open (make of that what you will), it just set off alarm bells, and I decided not to proceed. My advice to them is to be more open and actually recruit talent instead of being suspicious of candidates. If they treat people like this during hiring, I can't imagine what it's like to actually work there.
