I applied online, then met the recruiter at my school's career fair. A few days later, I got an email for a phone interview with the same recruiter. She was really good at explaining the job and making it sound appealing. I didn't quite understand some questions and just answered them as best I could. She actually had to ask them again because my answers weren't what she was looking for. It was a good interview experience overall, and they have a solid internship program focused on helping interns grow.

The interview process for me was pretty straightforward: just one round that was a personal interview done over Zoom. It lasted about 15 minutes. The questions weren't tough or out of the blue, and they didn't really dig deep into my background.
