First, you fill out the application online. Then, there's a video interview and a test for your word processing skills. After that, the interview itself is a mix of group and individual parts. It includes a role-play scenario and a written test. The group part was pretty collaborative, focused on working together instead of competing.

After submitting an online application where I had to answer two written questions, I had to do some computer assessments in person, like English, numeracy, and typing tests. Then there was an in person interview on a different day. I think there was a quick phone interview too before the computer tests, but I'm not totally sure.

So, it was a three-step process in total, but I only got through two of them. The first step was this digital confidence assessment thing, basically seeing how you handle word simulations and how you jot down client info from audio. Then the second step was a one-way video interview where they pre-record the questions. You get two questions related to the job and the company's values, and there's a practice question at the start.

It was an assessment centre, potentially with up to 12 other people. There were about 4 stages in total. First, a one-on-one interview. Then, a group task where we were observed. After that, a written assessment that we did individually, though the group was split with some writing next to me. Finally, a role-play situation that I did on my own. It felt like a good way for them to see what we could do, and honestly, it was less scary than facing a panel alone!
