First, you fill out the application online. Then, there's a video interview and a test for your word processing skills. After that, the interview itself is a mix of group and individual parts. It includes a role-play scenario and a written test. The group part was pretty collaborative, focused on working together instead of competing.

Applied online through winz job bank and had ID number. Done a quick phone interview questions then was told to apply via online official website. Then was emailed for interview schedule online 2 days after closing date of advert. Was quick interviews held within the next week . Done my interview today and literally tried to study prior however not many people put up interview process questions etc. The ones that did have were not questions given today. I cant remember all as it was extremely intense. It was a panel interview and there was no ice breaker which usually helps it went straight into questions first off was COVID questions (been overseas past 14 days etc) . They were hiring for different roles in other departments which was actually harder for me as i did not do a thorough research of every thing including studylink general enquires and what they provide so it is good to go through all services that are provided as there could be interviewing for other departments as well. Do use STAR method like they want in depth answers . The interview was actually intense. Im usually pretty confident but this was actually harder than my police interview . They were really nice . Its just intense going through the questions . Afterwards they lighten up and asked what system i have used and if my references were actually correct. Im going to be honest i have no idea whether i will get the job im really unsure as they gave no indication whats so ever and thats a really good thing to me . I did try my best with the knowledge i had but please do find out all services n actually do thorough research into work collaboration, interpersonal questions etc. What you can bring what sets you apart ? Goodluck . Also have questions ready for them . I hear back in like a week an a half or longer if successful but i feel like i wont get it however will post up if i do. Goodluck !!

Made it to the last face-to-face interview. The interviewer seemed disengaged, even yawning during the session. They criticized my answers for being too detailed and lacking emotion, and when I asked for clarification, they became vague. It felt like they expected me to guess what they wanted instead of asking clear questions. It's strange because a good interviewer should be able to communicate clearly and keep themselves engaged, not expect the candidate to do all the work.
- Could you introduce yourself?
- Describe a time you had to quickly reverse a decision after recognizing an error.
- Can you share an instance where you actively sought to learn something new?
