It was an online group interview with about 3 or 4 other candidates. I'm not sure if interviews are in-person now, but it was during COVID back then. The panel asked us questions like why we wanted to become teaching interns, and then more complex questions where we could bounce ideas off each other or build on what someone else said, like the social media question.

So basically, the interview went pretty smoothly. Just a heads up, make sure you bring your actual original academic transcripts, not just copies, otherwise it'll take longer to process. They have type C HDMI cables ready for both Mac and PC laptops for the interview rooms. The HR person will check you in after looking at your transcripts. Then, they'll send you a link for a timed written test. The main interview has about 4 panelists, and some of them were pretty friendly! You'll start with a demo lesson, and then do the interview part. Overall, it was quite doable.

We had one interview session. It was a panel with 3 people: a director, someone at the working level, and an HR representative. It felt pretty friendly, especially considering the role isn't strictly academic. They really wanted to know if I had any experience or skills that could transfer over, and if I knew people in the industry.

Applied via website in Oct 2024. Invited for a panel interview in Dec 2024. Requested for documents in Mar 2025, which was 5 months since application. Was told that the offer would take about a month to be generated and approved. Followed up in May 2025, and was told that they are restarting the sourcing/interview process. Did not reject me and asked me to wait. Team was also not willing to explain why. Wait time pre and post interview is VERY long. Don't waste your time waiting for them, if you have another offer just accept them first. Interview itself was relatively simple. Register with the receptionist and wait to enter the room. There are 3 interviewers, of which 1 is HR.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Could you tell me about the projects you worked on at your previous company?
