So basically, the interview went pretty smoothly. Just a heads up, make sure you bring your actual original academic transcripts, not just copies, otherwise it'll take longer to process. They have type C HDMI cables ready for both Mac and PC laptops for the interview rooms. The HR person will check you in after looking at your transcripts. Then, they'll send you a link for a timed written test. The main interview has about 4 panelists, and some of them were pretty friendly! You'll start with a demo lesson, and then do the interview part. Overall, it was quite doable.

This was for the Teaching Award. First, I had to fill out a form before the interview, explaining why I was applying. I also had to answer one question out of three that they gave me, and they'd ask about it in the interview. For the actual interview, we had to write down answers to some scenarios on paper. Then, I went to a panel interview where I had to do a mock-lesson. After that, I answered questions about myself and my reasons for applying.

Applied to be a teacher for an upper secondary subject but during the teaching presentation, the interviewers who were supposed to act like students of the academic level acted like they were primary school students instead and disrupted my presentation from the start to the end (upper primary students might actually be less disruptive than them). As a result I could only present 2 slides (I prepared 10 slides and timed it just for the interview), all these effort preparing for the presentation was wasted just because some interviewers felt like behaving like bratty children.
