- How can your experience help the team?
Administrative Assistant
It was an online, face-to-face interview that consisted of two rounds, was easy as it was mostly about past experiences, leadership positions, qualities that would help you at the position.
- What leadership qualities do you have?
Administrative Position
I was shortlisted by my school for an interview, and the executive called me to let me know. However, the whole process was super unprofessional. They set a date and time I was free, but then didn't send any follow-up email with interview details. When I called to check, I was told I didn't need to go for the interview anymore. Such a waste of time, and not even bothering to send details until I asked showed they really didn't care about the interviewee.
