First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Mindlance.
Account Executive
It ended up being 5 interviews, which was more than the originally expected 2-3. The scheduling was a bit of a mess, with reschedules and interviews happening after 5 pm.

Marketing Strategist
The interview process was super quick and simple since it was for a contract gig. They were in touch with me all the time, maybe even too much. First, I had the recruiter call, then a call to prep me for the interview, and finally, two back-to-back interviews with the hiring managers.
- Can you explain how your background aligns with the requirements outlined in the job description?
Financial Analyst
So there were three rounds in total. Two were online and then one was in person. The first round was mostly basic stuff. Then the next two rounds were technical interviews. They also negotiate salary a lot, so make sure to ask for a high number.

- What do you know about journal entries?
- What does EPD stand for and what is it?
Associate Recruiter
This was the most misleading interview process I have ever experienced. The corporate recruiter was very transparent about the people who will interview you but was misleading towards the end. The first person was the manager of this new initiative and he was kind asked relevant questions and I felt positive. Then the second interview was with the VP. He was the most condescending, arrogant jerk I have ever interviewed with. He did not ask questions that were relevant at all and made to make you look like an idiot. I highly doubt he asks everyone the exact same questions. He would say fair enough when I managed to scramble for an answer for his irrelevant questions.

- What was your GPA and why wasn't it higher?
