VP of Product
The interview process was good, the recruiter and managers I spoke with were professional and knew their stuff. The final interview was with the president. She seemed to have decided immediately that I wasn't the right candidate, even though I'm very qualified with a great track record. After asking around, I found out they tend to hire a specific 'type' of employee that I just didn't fit into. No hard feelings, it just felt like a waste of time.

Software Engineer
So first there was this online assessment thingy with mcqs covering computer fundamentals like oops, sql, cn, os, then devops and some programming language like java/c/python. It also had one coding question. After that, I had two technical interviews. The first one was about an hour long, and the interviewer was pretty chill. They asked me to code on notepad, starting with DSA stuff (like easy leetcode), then moved to restapi, .net, and also some questions about my resume/projects. Then we circled back to object oriented programming, and I had to code some real-life examples for the 4 oops pillars. The second technical interview was specifically a coding interview. I had to use an online compiler for this one and was given one question which I had about 45 minutes to solve (it was a medium leetcode problem). Overall, it was a good experience.

Customer Success Director
I found this role on Linkedin and got a quick email back saying I was shortlisted for an interview. The whole thing felt unprofessional, and coordinating with the recruiter was tough. The recruiter confirmed my salary range was approved, then in the same call, asked if I'd take less, which I wouldn't. My first interview was with someone who didn't share any company info. They were rude, asking me to stop talking so they could ask more questions from a list, showing no real interest. A week later, the recruiter called, said the interview went okay, but that the role was on hold. They then asked if I'd interview for a different, similar role. I agreed and gave my availability. No one followed up, and the recruiter never gave me their email, so we were constantly playing phone tag.
- Could you describe your QBR process?
Senior Customer Success Manager
After applying, I was contacted by an admin person for a 30-minute phone call. She wasn't very knowledgeable about the role but put me forward for an onsite interview and a test. The test was described as a basic Microsoft Word test, but it turned out to be a situational test involving Google Analytics. This was followed by a panel interview. The third part was supposed to be a one-on-one interview, but the interviewer was on a call and couldn't make it. The role wasn't a good fit for either party, and the overall process was handled unprofessionally.
