ICT Support Specialist
The interview starts with a greeting and a quick intro. Then, we'll chat about your resume, qualifications, and why you're interested in this role. After that, expect some questions about your technical knowledge, past experiences, and soft skills. Sometimes, there are practical exercises involved. Towards the end, you'll have a chance to ask your questions, get info on what's next, and we'll wrap up with details on the contract, start date, and feedback.

Sales Assistant
The interview was generally pleasant and organized. After I briefly introduced myself, they asked typical questions about motivation, teamwork, and how I handle stress. The main focus was on personality and values rather than technical skills. The atmosphere was friendly, and the interview lasted about 30 minutes. I received feedback about a week later.
- What are your strengths and weaknesses?
Logistics Manager
Had a phone interview with HR, then a second interview via video call with HR and the manager. This was mostly to discuss the job and the company. Lastly, they invited me for an onsite visit and had me sign the contract.
- How would you manage team conflicts?
Junior Merchandiser
I had a 30-minute video call with HR where they asked me to introduce myself and talk about my past work experiences. Then, they contacted me for a second interview at the office the next day. At the office, HR gave me an application form to fill out. I was advised not to give too much personal info like photos, academic transcripts, and HKID copies, as these should only be collected after employment. The manager then asked a lot of questions about the sourcing process.
- Can you tell me about yourself and your previous work experiences?
