First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Migros.
Sales Assistant
The interview was generally pleasant and organized. After I briefly introduced myself, they asked typical questions about motivation, teamwork, and how I handle stress. The main focus was on personality and values rather than technical skills. The atmosphere was friendly, and the interview lasted about 30 minutes. I received feedback about a week later.
- What are your strengths and weaknesses?
Sales Representative
- What difficulties have you encountered in previous roles?
Sales Representative
Had a call for an interview but never got a callback, even though a response was promised. They only asked basic questions about my experience, training, etc. The manager was very calm and nice. However, I do not recommend this employer.
- Can you describe yourself briefly?
