The hiring process was pretty straightforward and involved two main parts. The recruiters were really friendly and open-minded, and everything went smoothly. Some of the questions were a little basic, though.

The difficulty of this type of interview isn't the questions themselves, which were pretty standard, but the process. You only have 2 minutes to respond, and you can only answer once. It's also quite unusual to be talking to your own video recording.

First, the interviewer will look over your resume and application to get a feel for your experience and motivation, and to prep some questions. Then, they'll greet you warmly and introduce themselves and the company to make you feel comfortable. They'll start by asking you to walk them through your career path, looking for clear, structured answers that relate to the job. Next, they'll dive into specific questions about your skills, possibly including technical questions or practical scenarios, to see how you solve problems. After that, they'll give you more details about the company and the role, and then it's your turn to ask questions to show your interest and how well you've prepared. Finally, they'll thank you and let you know what to expect next in the process.
