I applied on a Thursday and heard back from the manager the following Monday via email to schedule a chat. He called me almost immediately because I was available. We discussed my background briefly. I inquired about a potential start date, and he suggested about a week after an offer, which I confirmed would work. He then stated he'd send an offer within the hour. The entire call, including the offer, lasted about 15 minutes. A very efficient process.

I had a phone interview with the hiring manager, followed by an onsite interview with the team. The company seems great, and I've heard good things, but I was disappointed with my candidate experience. After following up multiple times about the next steps, I was ghosted and never heard back.

I got a call to set up a phone interview, but I missed it and only got the voicemail. I think I called them back like 3 or 4 times, leaving voicemails each time, before they finally called me back. We then scheduled the phone interview. It was a pretty standard interview. The interviewer sounded like they've done this a million times, and I could hear them typing, so I bet they have a script. It was just a phone interview overall. Not amazing, not awful. I'm sure they're tough to get excited about, and I can't imagine doing in-house ones for people all over the country. I just finished the interview.
