Project Manager
I applied on a Thursday and heard back from the manager the following Monday via email to schedule a chat. He called me almost immediately because I was available. We discussed my background briefly. I inquired about a potential start date, and he suggested about a week after an offer, which I confirmed would work. He then stated he'd send an offer within the hour. The entire call, including the offer, lasted about 15 minutes. A very efficient process.
- Can you tell me about your work that is relevant to this role?
Project Manager
I sent in my application online and then got an email to schedule a quick phone chat within the next week. After I spoke to the recruiter, they said I'd hear back in about a week about scheduling another interview, or I'd get an email if I didn't move forward. But then they totally ghosted me.
- Tell me how your background makes you a strong candidate for this position.
Project Manager
I applied for the job and got an email to set up an interview for the next week. I replied with my availability that same evening. I didn't hear back, so I followed up the next week. Then I was ghosted for weeks and finally got an automated rejection email. It was super unprofessional and disappointing. I would have rather just gotten the rejection from the start.
- Is there a specific time that works well for you to talk about potential roles at Michels?
