The interviewers were fair and friendly. It wasn't a very technical interview since it was an entry-level position. They were also fair and transparent about their work expectations. However, they took a very long time to get back to me, and I had to send them a few follow-up emails.

Simple straightforward, pass a phone screen and reach an interview. They want to see a dedicated person as their workloads can be stressful to manage to the wrong personality. Be honest and upfront and you will get the job if you are the right fit

So, first there was the recruiter call, then a second interview with the hiring manager and the team. Honestly, the hiring manager and team seemed pretty checked out during the interview, like they were doing their regular work instead of focusing on us. You could tell because they weren't making eye contact and you could hear them typing, plus I saw reflections in their glasses showing they were on other things. The hiring manager even mentioned they were super tired from their workload. Definitely felt like a warning sign.

I was contacted by the recruiter and we had a quick phone call where a few screening questions were asked. The recruiter was nice and professional, and she helped schedule the formal interview on short notice, responding to my emails quickly. The in-person interview was alright, but it gave me the impression that the company doesn't focus much on personal growth and just wants someone experienced for the job. I was also told the actual pay would be less than what was advertised on the job posting, which felt like false advertising. Not much information was given about the position other than that there would be a lot of report writing. Overall, it was a nice experience, but it doesn't feel like a fun place to work.
