I first spoke with someone at a career fair. A few months later, I got a call for a phone interview. It only had a few questions about my schooling and school activities. Then, I was asked to come for an on-site interview a couple months after that. It was pretty much just talking with three people one-on-one. No real behavioral or technical questions were asked. Oh, and they don't pay for travel.

It was a straightforward one-on-one interview. We started with some casual chat. Then, the interviewer dove into questions based on my resume. Once they had enough info from my resume, they opened the floor for my questions. Finally, some questions about my work authorization came up.
